TLS Improvement Fund Request Form

We look forward to reviewing your idea for how to use PTO funds for future improvements for The Lane Elementary School! Please submit the following form by April 10th.

Our committee will review all suggestions before presenting to the PTO. We will then vote on approvals and contact you with the results.

Supports present & future curriculum goals. Benefits the entire student population. Benefits a specific class, group, or grade. Consistent with the Lane School PTO Bylaws. Immediate funding by D181 is not probable. Meets D181 Guidelines as applicable (grounds, safety, technology). Meets IRS guidelines for Section 501c (3) non-profit organizations.
