Want important PTO news delivered straight to your phone? Opt in to receive occasional text messages about upcoming events, volunteer opportunities, reminders, and other PTO updates.

It’s a quick and convenient way to stay connected with what’s happening at school.

Opt-In From the Parent Information Form

  1. Navigate to the Parent Information Form (this can be accessed various ways by your users)
  2. Locate the Text Messaging option.
  3. Enable the opt-in checkbox for the phone number.

There is a separate checkbox for Parent 1, Parent 2 and all students. Each number must opt in individually. This allows the phone number to receive announcements by text. 

 

Opt-In From the User Profile

  1. Navigate to User Profile from website (click on Logged In name or menu item for My Account) 
  2. Click on tab for Communication Settings
  3. Enable the opt-in checkbox for each available phone number
  4. User can select Email, App, or Text (for Announcements) for all types of Communication preferences.
